Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How is this different from hiring an operations manager?

A: We’re fractional operations—you get a full team of specialists for less than the cost of one full-time employee. No hiring, training, managing, or replacing when they leave. We’re operational in 2 weeks, not 3-6 months.

A: CRM software is a tool you still have to use. We’re an execution team that does the work for you. Most RIAs already have a CRM (Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox). We integrate with whatever you use and execute operations on your behalf.

A: All major platforms: Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox, Orion, Tamarac, Junxure, and others. We integrate with your existing systems—no need to switch.

A: Typical onboarding: 2-7 days for initial setup, then we’re fully operational. Compare that to 3-6 months to hire and train an operations manager.

A: Overage hours are billed at $150/hour (Essentials), $140/hour (Ops + Marketing), or $125/hour (Full Service). If you’re consistently exceeding hours, we’ll recommend upgrading to the next tier—it’s usually more cost-effective.

A: Absolutely. Most clients start with Essentials to test the fit, then upgrade to Ops + Marketing within 3-6 months as they see value and want to outsource more. Upgrading takes 15 days notice with prorated billing.

A: Currently we serve RIA firms in the United States only. We’re familiar with SEC/FINRA compliance requirements and work within those frameworks.

A: Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. Final month is prorated based on services provided. We’ll provide transition assistance for 30 days (billed at standard hourly rate).

A: We follow FINRA and SEC data protection standards with encryption in transit and at rest. Annual SOC 2 audit planned. We operate under your compliance supervision—you retain all compliance responsibility as the RIA.
